# Pricing — Judo Kata Tournament Manager

Judo Kata Tournament Manager is free, open-source software. The optional paid
services below cover someone running the system for you, or supplying
pre-configured hardware. There is no subscription and no per-event licence fee.

## Software

- Price: £0 — free and open source
- Licence: AGPL-3.0
- Unlimited events, competitors, kata, judges, and mats
- No account, no cloud service, no internet connection required
- Availability: no public download yet — demos and supervised test events are open now
- Requirements: one laptop as the server; judges, announcer, and displays use any browser on the same local network

## On-site support

We travel to your competition and run the system on the day.

- Price: £100 per day (including travel days)
- Plus: accommodation, meals, travel costs, and any hardware agreed in advance
- Area served: United Kingdom and internationally
- Includes: setup and testing, an operator at the laptop all day, judge tablets
  seated and configured, live results and announcer boards on your hall screens,
  printable PDF score packs, and results/CSV handover
- Optional: run in parallel with your existing scoring process as a safety net
- Quote: fixed fee agreed in advance from your event date, kata, and pair count

## Posted kit

A pre-configured Raspberry Pi with the whole system installed, posted to you.

- Price: on request (quoted per event)
- You plug it into your venue network; it needs a static IP address
- No travel cost and no laptop setup
- Best for: organisers who want to run it themselves without configuring the server

## Full hardware supply

We bring the full set-up to your venue and run the event.

- Price: priced on your requirements (quote)
- Includes: judge tablets, projector(s), the server, and network kit — configured
  and operated on the day
- Tell us your kata, pair count, and number of screens for a quote
