Low-risk by default

Not ready to switch? Run in parallel with your existing scoring process at a real event — your spreadsheet stays the safety net until you’re confident. A smaller event is an ideal first run before scaling up to a larger competition.

How it works

1. Email your event date, kata, and rough number of pairs.
2. We agree the scope, kit, and a fixed fee.
3. We arrive early, set up, and test before the first pair.
4. You run your event; we hand over the results and data afterwards.

Typical fee

£100 per day (including travel days), plus accommodation, meals, travel costs, and any hardware agreed in advance.

Prefer to run it without us there?

We can post you a pre-configured Raspberry Pi with the whole system installed. Plug it into your venue network and it’s ready to run — all it needs is a static IP address. You get the full set-up without the travel cost.
